Migration

30 03 2008

I was talking to myself the other day (I’m not crazy but bored) about where do I want to migrate after I am of legal age. What will I become in the future will answer what type of environment is good for me. A lawyer in the busy streets of Manhattan, New York or maybe the eat-shit-sleep cycle lifestyle in the country far far away from the city. Anyway, I’ve thought of a few places to get myself excited for nothing.

Choice #1: Furano, Hokkaido

Bei Er, Lavender field in Furano

Located in central Hokkaido, it is one of the popular town for skiing as well as snow mobile-ling(?). Furano is also famous for it’s lavender field. The powder snow in Furano is almost 5 inches thick which makes skiing perfect. What more can I say? It’s a quiet little peaceful town. Definitely first choice for me!

Choice #2: Perth, Western Australia

Swan River

Err, don’t ask me why. Just for your information, Perth is the crime capital of Australia. Every year, thousands of break-ins, attempted break-ins, assaults and worser case is being reported. The choice is yours, but I’ll still prefer Perth because I don’t have anything valuable for them to steal… well, not really…

Choice #3: ChristChurch, New Zealand

Some unknown place...

I have never been to Christchurch before but ChristChurch is located in the south island of New Zealand closest to the south pole than Auckland Wellington. I love cold hence Christchurch is my third choice!

So, these are my migration choices… for now. I’ll still yet to insert another location either in the United States of America or Canada. Hmm…
